  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 1 clove of garlic, finely diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  • Cut the tuna into serving-size portions and place it in a shallow baking dish, being sure to use a single layer.
